The Coating Line Designed and manufactured by NCHM is special equipment for coating surface of aluminium sheet and foil, whose final applications are Hydrophilic Foil or Can Stoce, etc. The technological process of production is: Unwinding - Accumulator at Entry Side - Pretreatment - Prime Coat - Solidifying and Cooling - Top Coating - Solidifying and Cooling- Accumulator at Exit Side - Rewinding.
The equipment can operate at high speed with wide strip and produce coils of large diameter continuously (Double uncoilers, double recoilers and accumulators), with high level of automation and high rate of finished product, which is also environment friendly and saves energy, so as to meet the main two requirements of modern enteriprises, capacity and product quality, by which customers can run profitable businss.
